Our Agent Experience Team will be the main contact. When you’ve completed agent onboarding, we'll send a unique URL in a welcome email and copy your upline.

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. We gather all business sold in a month and typically pay that commission via direct deposit on the 15th of the following month. Commission and Book of Business Reports are sent to all paid BGAs, Agencies, and agents at that time.
Yes, chargebacks take place in the following scenarios:
- A 30 Day Free Look Cancellation that takes place which bridges over a 2 month period
- Any cancellation where unearned commissions exist
- Rescission of coverage
Chargebacks take place in the commission period in which it occurs.
Any policy fees are included in the premium and we pay commissions based on the total premium.

You can email or text these unique URLs to your prospective customers. You can also reference them from your own website. You cannot post your Bestow URL directly to social media, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
No, each applicant must fill their application out on their own device.
Monthly Commission and Book of Business Reports are sent to all paid BGAs, Agencies, and agents. Application data reporting is available at the BGA level.
